    i have been using this software for the last 4 months. i have no problems with it. i do nto have to set up anything and it is eazy as 1-2-3.
    i do not care about the time that it takes but the output is good.
    it supports converting a bunch of files and then can turn the PC off. so i can leave it unsupervised.
    i am satisfyed. and i knwo that a lot of people compalin about it, even tho, running faster machines than my laptop, but then it is not the sofware problem, just onfigure it out and do not blame for different reasons.
